CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: A 50% deposit is required to secure each appointment. This 50% deposit goes towards your appointment and the remaining 50% will be charged after your services are completed. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. WAX VVITCH ESTHETICS LLC requires 24 hour notice if you cannot make it in to your scheduled appointment and need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be kept to go towards the cancellation/rescheduling fee. Please let me know ASAP for sickness & emergency related cancellations/reschedules. There is a 10 minute grace period for each appointment. If time allows to complete your appointment, a $10.00 late fee will be charged. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and deposit will go towards the cancellation fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. To avoid this contact me 24 hours before to cancel or reschedule. Extra guests, including children are NOT allowed in the treatment room. However they are more than welcome to sit in the waiting room while you are getting your services completed. I accept credit/debit cards or exact cash for payment. Please have this prepared before your appointment. Booked and completed services are non-refundable and all product sales are final.
