CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining 50% will be charged after your services are completed. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred if rescheduled appointment is within 48 hours of the original scheduled appointment. 48 hour notice is required if you cannot make it in to your scheduled appointment. Less than 48 hour notice will forfeit your deposit. Please let me know ASAP for sickness & emergency related cancellations/reschedules. There is a 10 minute grace period for each appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment it will be considered a no show. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. Creating a sacred space for you is extremely important to me. Extra guests, including children are NOT allowed in the treatment room. However they are more than welcome to sit in the waiting room while you are getting your services completed. I accept credit/debit cards or exact cash for payment. Please have this prepared before your appointment. Booked and completed services are non-refundable and all product sales are final.
